Job summary

Premium Parking seeks candidates for its Development Associate Program in New Orleans. You will undergo a structured training track designed to prepare you for an Account Manager role, including rotations through sales, operations, finance and customer service.

You will receive mentorship from senior executives, work on real-world projects, and present results to leaders. Upon completion, you will relocate to a Premium Parking market in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field completed within the last 18 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to relocate to a market determined by Premium Parking after program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum across operations, client relations, business intelligence, marketing, finance, implementation and professional development.
• Attend workshops and executive-level presentations to develop leadership and decision-making skills.
• Complete readings and projects to understand market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Rotate through departments and collaborate with sales, operations, finance and customer service to gain a holistic business understanding.
• Engage in mentorship and real-world projects, presenting findings to leadership and applying learning to drive results.
