Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items to verify against records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process completed loads.
• Resolve issues with shipping/receiving with internal staff.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
