Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ocala, FL is seeking a customer service focused team member to manage calls and verify shipments. You will schedule carrier appointments, process inbound/outbound loads, and maintain daily audits and inventory records.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills to ensure accurate, compliant operations. Typical shift is full-time on-site with benefits after 60 days, including 401K and STD/LTD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage incoming calls.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing info with bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Schedule and review daily delivery and carrier appointments.
• Process inbound deliveries and check in/out tractors and trailers promptly.
• Complete outbound loads accurately and resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• Maintain and file daily audits/reports and paperwork.
• Maintain records and complete daily audits including yard checks and inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance.
• Investigate discrepancies such as mis-shipped packages or damaged goods.
• Follow company safety rules and assist in enforcement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
