Responsibilities

• Verify shipments by comparing information to bills of lading, invoices and orders.
• Schedule daily delivery and carrier appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries and check-in/out tractors and trailers promptly.
• Complete outbound loads and resolve shipping/receiving issues.
• Maintain daily audits/reports and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with clerks.
