Responsibilities

• Complete daily route sequencing data and work orders.
• Investigate causes of abnormal meter readings and create work orders.
• Scan and save route time reports and attend staff meetings; take notes.
• Collect gas receipts and complete monthly fuel reconciliations.
• Contact customers to schedule Special Reads or Meter Exchange; resolve issues.
