Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking an operations clerk in Town of Salina, NY. You will help keep operations efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment, acting as a dependable team member for inbound/outbound traffic and documentation.

You'll be responsible for scheduling-related tasks, verifying loads, and assisting with shipping/receiving paperwork while collaborating with colleagues across the warehouse. Competitive pay starts at $19.00 per hour and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control, inspect, and track inbound/outbound traffic.

• Manage printing and distribution of shipping/receiving documentation.
• Verify load and temperature settings for outgoing shipments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Control, inspect, and track inbound/outbound traffic
• Coordinate dock flow for all outbound loads
• Investigate product shortages as necessary
• Ensure accuracy of supplier documentation
• Manage printing and distribution of shipping/receiving documentation
• Verify load and temperature settings for outgoing shipments

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Schedule: Sunday 11 pm - 5:15 am, Monday - Wednesday 5 pm - 5:15 am
• Competitive Pay starting at $19.00 per hour
• Work as a team to provide services to internal and external customer.
