Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an Operations Care Center Manager in Boonsboro, MD to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with Finance, HR, and regional leadership while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a related degree and CPCOP certification, with a focus on cost management, process improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Three to five years supervisory experience in an industrial or service environment.
• Certified in Pet Cremation (CPCOP) required.

Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day operations at the Care Center.
• Ensure compliance and environmental procedures are followed.
• Maintain safety and a compliant facility.
• Manage KPIs to drive performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations leadership on budgets and cost reviews.
• Oversee staff hiring, training and payroll processes.
• Maintain inventory, route optimization, and on-time deliveries.
• Develop relationships with clients, veterinarians and stakeholders.
