The Operations Manager will plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of daily branch operations, including optimizing equipment utilization, scheduling personnel, and improving operational efficiencies.

Qualificações

• 5 years of relevant industry experience required, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience creating and understanding budgets including analysis and creation.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations and optimize equipment utilization.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate daily operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ensure a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance across the branch.
