Job summary

Dishmi Capital, a SEC-registered investment adviser, seeks an Operations Associate for its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, client servicing, onboarding, and documentation, partnering with leadership to build scalable processes.

You will work with custodial platforms like Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced market, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in asset & wealth management, with RIA operations experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Fidelity Wealthscape and Schwab Advisor Center.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, options, futures; interest in hedge funds and other alternatives.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with clients.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Support day-to-day operational workflows and client servicing.
• Assist with account onboarding and documentation management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Help strengthen custodial and investment management processes.
• Grow operational processes as the firm scales.
