Job summary

David Yurman Bal Harbour is seeking an Operations Support associate to assist the store team with daily inventory, stock control, packaging, repairs entry, and customer service. The role focuses on delivering a superior luxury experience and maintaining visual standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in an operational or customer service role, are proficient in Excel and Outlook, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment.
• Detail-oriented, able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Assist stock control and delivery procedures to reduce shrink below target.
• Package merchandise for delivery to clients.
• Enter repairs into KWI and update repair books/logs.
• Communicate deficiencies in supplies and materials.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping to guidelines.
• Create a welcoming luxury environment and prioritize customer needs.
• Maximize selling opportunities to meet KPI targets.
