Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will pick and pack items, receive shipments, manage inventory, and ensure accuracy while following safety guidelines. This role may involve working with kitchen items and equipment, and requires flexibility across shifts.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Basic computer skills (Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of cancelled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Operate carts and equipment safely.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
