Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to support the site team with picking, packing, receiving product, and working with drivers. You will keep inventory accurate, re-shelve canceled orders, and maintain a clean facility while following FIFO and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are comfortable with a fluid schedule including peak shifts, and can lift up to 49 pounds while using standard equipment. Prior retail/restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive/unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
