Job summary

The Rinks Foundation in Orange County is seeking an Operations Associate to help run the rink facility, deliver friendly guest service, handle cash, and supervise skate operations during public sessions. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to skate when needed.

You will rotate through front desk, skate counter, snack bar, and skate guard duties, ensuring safety, accurate cash handling, and smooth guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk/Reception: Communicate rink program information to Guests, operate the POS system with accurate cash handling, coordinate locker room check-in/check-out, greet Guests, answer calls cheerfully.
• Skate Counter: Distribute skates, assist guests with skate sizes, manage flow, collect and store skates, maintain rental skates.
• Snack Bar: Knowledge of menu items, cash handling, operate equipment, manage service flow.
• Skate Guard: Monitor sessions, ensure safety, skate ability requirements, maintain attentive demeanor.
• Scorekeeper: Perform scorekeeping duties and communicate with referees.
• Party Host: Prepare party room, signage, provide service during events.
