Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the Chicago operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control and safe handling of goods, including food and beverages when applicable.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, are comfortable with a fluid schedule including peak shifts, and can use basic web tools. This is an on-site role with opportunities across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Flexible availability across 1st-3rd shifts.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets, verify inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare beverages/food items and ensure quality packaging.
