My Senior Health Plan is seeking an Operations Associate to join a growing team. This role works across Operations, IT, Compliance, HR, Marketing, Training, and Client Services, handling documentation, communications, onboarding, and project coordination.

• Draft and maintain SOPs, policies, procedures, training materials, and business correspondence.
• Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, and internal communications.
• Assist with HR onboarding and employee support activities.
• Support IT projects and provide basic technology assistance.
• Own the company LMS and lead technical training sessions.
• Help coordinate marketing and training initiatives.
• Interact professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and business partners.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts.
• Help leaders execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
