Job summary

Maersk is hiring a Dispatch Customer Service Representative for Home Delivery (3PL) to serve as the primary liaison between the client, delivery teams, and internal operations. The role is onsite at the client's facility in Colton, CA, supporting drivers and dispatchers throughout the day and providing timely delivery updates.

• Ability to collaborate with clients, drivers, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily home delivery routes and provide operational support to drivers and field teams.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails regarding delivery status, exceptions, and service updates.
• Coordinate with the client's team to ensure delivery expectations and service levels are met.
• Track deliveries and document route updates, delays, and completed stops.
• Escalate operational issues as needed and work with management to identify timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, delivery exceptions, and operational reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the client and internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
