Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Dispatch Customer Service Representative – Home Delivery (3PL) to support daily home delivery operations onsite at the client's facility, acting as the primary liaison between the client, delivery teams, and internal operations.

You will monitor routes, assist drivers, communicate delivery status, and maintain records; the role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Schedule includes two days off midweek with varied shift times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation or dispatch management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, drivers, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily home delivery routes and provide operational support to drivers and field teams.
• Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client emails regarding delivery status, exceptions, and service updates.
• Coordinate with the client's team to ensure delivery expectations and service levels are met.
• Track deliveries and document route updates, delays, and completed stops.
• Escalate operational issues as needed and work with management to identify timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, delivery exceptions, and operational reports.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with the client and internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
