nVent is seeking an Associate Director of Operations in Anoka, Minnesota, to lead a large-scale manufacturing operation within the Hoffman business unit. You will report to the Senior Operations Director and oversee a 700+ associate team, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while implementing TPS and Lean principles on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in large-scale manufacturing (> $100M revenue)
• Deep Lean & Operational expertise: TPS, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Poka-Yoke
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive continuous improvement across functions

Responsibilities

• Lead site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash (SQDCC) for a $500M revenue engine.
• Embed Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean leadership across the plant.
• Establish Daily Management Systems with visual controls for real-time problem solving.
• Deploy Poka-Yoke to foster zero-defect processes and standard work audits.
• Drive TPM initiatives to improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.
• Lead 4 direct reports and 700+ associates; collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
