Job summary

ONEASCENT HOLDINGS LLC is seeking an Account Householding & Billing Specialist in Birmingham, AL. The role focuses on provisioning household client accounts, configuring billing within Orion and Black Diamond, and supporting smooth transitions for clients.

You will attend client meetings, deliver follow-up actions, and coordinate next steps, while assisting data migration from legacy systems to OneAscent workflows and tools such as Office365 and Redtail CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of operations or client services experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of portfolio management and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Household client accounts and apply billing configurations within Orion and Black Diamond platforms.
• Attend client meetings, compile and deliver follow-up actions, and set next steps for transitions including scheduling.
• Work with transitioning advisors and vendors to support data migration into OneAscent systems including Office365, Redtail, and document storage.
