OneAscent, LLC is seeking a Billing Operations & Process Management leader to oversee invoicing, payments, and reconciliation across our national footprint. You will guide a billing team, set performance standards, and drive efficiency while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

The role requires a strong background in billing systems and accounting principles, with leadership and clear communication skills to coach a growing team in a values-driven financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and accounting principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all billing operations including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
