Job summary

OneAscent is looking for an operations/customer service professional to manage household client accounts and billing configurations within Orion and BlackDiamond. You will join client meetings, deliver follow-up actions, and coordinate transitions with scheduling and next steps.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial services operations or client services, knowledge of portfolio management and CRM systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of operations or client services experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of portfolio management and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Household client accounts and apply billing configurations within Orion and BlackDiamond platforms.
• Attend client meetings, compile and deliver follow-up actions, and set next steps for transitions including scheduling.
• Work with transitioning advisors and vendors to support data migration from existing systems into OneAscent systems including Office365, Redtail, and document storage.
