Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
• Strong tech skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Dependability with punctual attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the firm’s Director of Operations.
• Build and maintain lease-tracking spreadsheets consolidating real-estate terms across all national offices.
• Liaise with external vendors as the primary point of contact and coordinate services.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to build quarterly and annual budgets.
• Facilitate office moves, including acquiring space and organizing contracts with on-site support.
• Maintain inventory of branded merchandise and coordinate shipments across offices.
• Utilize AI and technology tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
