You will manage client communications about claims, resolve requests promptly, and explain contract benefits. Strong customer service experience is essential, with a degree required and Microsoft Office skills preferred.

The Operations Associate will need to sit on site in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm.

Compensation For The Operations Associate

• $20-23 Hourly Pay
