Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong experience in customer service and organizational skills. The ideal Operations Associate will be hybrid 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities for the Operations Associate include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Process and manage insurance policies and annuity contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain and update client records in the database.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational decisions.
