Job summary

Piper Companies is hiring a hybrid Operations Associate for the Raleigh-Durham area. The on-site role requires sitting in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm.

You will manage client communications about claims, resolve requests promptly, and explain contract benefits. Strong customer service experience is essential, with a degree required and Microsoft Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree Required.
• Experience working in customer service.
• Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use).

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
• Clearly explain contract benefits and provide guidance on products and packages.
• Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
• Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
