Job description

Medically Modern is a technology-first medical supply company. The durable medical equipment (DME) industry is massive, but it still runs on fax machines and phone calls, and it's ripe for tech disruption. Getting medical equipment like glucose monitors, sleep apnea machines or even basic supplies covered and delivered is way harder than it should be. Patients get stuck waiting on paperwork, bounced between insurers and doctor's offices, and often give up. We exist to fix that. Our patient experience is so good that some of our patients have actually joined the team.

We build all of our technology in house and use it to make patient care seamless, from the first referral to every reorder. We started in diabetes, providing glucose monitors, insulin pumps and supplies to over 3,000 patients nationwide, with partnerships with leading manufacturers and top endocrinology clinics. Now we're rapidly expanding into new areas of care. We've launched eight new product lines this year, including sleep apnea, incontinence and compression supplies, and they're already gaining real traction.

We've grown 10x over the past year, crossing eight figures in revenue, and plan to keep that pace next year. Our team has grown from 2 to 15 people this year alone.

The Role

We're hiring an early-career Operations Associate with 0 to 3 years of experience. You'll get hands-on exposure to operations, marketing, technology, healthcare and customer service, all inside a company that's scaling fast. Your job is to make it easier for patients to get the supplies they need. That means getting in the weeds: figuring out why things get stuck, fixing them and making sure they don't get stuck the same way again. You will work directly with our leadership team with real ownership from day one and get to make a real impact on a rapidly scaling business.
