Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a shipment status coordinator in Ohio to monitor pickups through delivery, enter data into Dispatch, and coordinate with carriers and drivers for location updates.

The role requires strong communication, geographic knowledge of the US, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, while supporting dispatch and client services in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of US Geography.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Enters shipment location, date and time into Dispatch system.
• Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver location.
• Escalates potential or existing service failures to Dispatch, Operations Management and Client.
• Works closely with Dispatch, Account Managers, Account Executives and Operations to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment status.
• Secures shipment and carrier documentation (bills of lading, PODs, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
