Our client is a global credit investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing across public and private strategies, including a direct lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to middle‑market companies across industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the capital activity process across fund complexes and multiple funds‑of‑one including overseeing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for evergreen funds
• Manage capital activity for commitment‑based funds including multiple closings, capital calls, and distributions
• Coordinate the investor document collection process
• Review reconciliation with fund administrators to ensure accurate processing of capital activity and investor records
• Produce and update internal reporting for multiple teams
• Assist with cross‑departmental projects
• Support CRM framework projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2‑3 years of related experience at an alternative investment firm
• Experience interacting with investors
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn

Salary Range
