• Review daily reconciliation of cash, positions, profit & loss.
• Generate internal trade and profit & loss reporting.

• Track trading strategies including fixed income and equity.
• Review monthly profit & loss.
• Process and reconcile corporate actions.

Overview

Our client is an established investment management firm focused on value-oriented strategies across public markets, managing capital on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investors. The firm employs a fundamental research-driven approach utilizing long/short equity strategies across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Review of daily reconciliation of cash, positions, profit & loss, accruals, receivables/payables
• Generate internal trade, position, and profit & loss reporting for trading teams and risk
• Trade processing, reconciliation, settlement coordination and trade break resolution
• Track trading strategies including fixed income, equity, FX, bank debt, futures, and swaps
• Review of monthly profit & loss
• Processing and reconciliation of corporate actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 1-2 years of middle office experience
• Experience at a hedge fund preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
