Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Associate for its Investor Relations Operations team in Boston. You will help ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients across investment platforms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will monitor high-volume email mailboxes, assist with fund closings, and manage capital calls and distributions. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word and Salesforce is preferred, with a strong customer-service mindset and discretion essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry (investor relations/onboarding)
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Ability to follow procedural controls and processes

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure onboarding and ongoing servicing
• Monitor high-volume email inboxes, ensuring high-quality service for clients
• Assist with fund closings, including subscription document review and investor follow-up
• Lead capital call and distribution processes for internal stakeholders
• Enter, validate, and maintain client information in the Salesforce CRM
• Track and deliver client reporting with tight deadlines
• Grant user permissions and maintain investor account information on portals
• Maintain and update processing procedure documentation

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent ongoing servicing
• Monitor and handle high-volume email mailboxes, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service
• Assist with fund closings, including subscription document review and investor follow-up
• Lead and facilitate the capital call and distribution processes for internal stakeholders
• Enter, validate, and maintain client information in the CRM database (Salesforce)
• Track and deliver client reporting with tight deadlines
• Grant user permissions and maintain investor account information on the investor and diligence portals
• Maintain and update procedure documentation for processing

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with Salesforce preferred
• Detail-oriented with prior experience following procedural controls and processes
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

Compensation:

Salary: $70,000 - $78,000, Plus Bonus
