Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Assistant to the CEO at SNR GITS, LLC. Depending on the performnace, this job can become permanent full time within a year. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, assisting in operations management, and providing excellent support to the CEO. Job requires collaboration with payroll, security, HR/Recruiting, IT, accounting and finance groups including onboarding and off boarding personnel with timeliness and effectively with little or no supervision. Job includes managing schedules, CEO's calendar, coordinating projects, and performing administrative duties as needed on a timely basis.
