What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational support to the leadership team, ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures, process workflows, and team guidance materials
- Organize meetings, trainings, and department-wide sessions; prepare agendas and take meeting notes as needed
- Manage calendars, track deadlines, and maintain shared documents in SharePoint, including Excel trackers
- Assist in relationship-building efforts with vendors and support documentation and negotiation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role (preferably in insurance, housing, real estate, or corporate services)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working with vendor-facing tasks
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills, including efficient use of MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
