Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and operational tasks as directed by the Store Manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect company assets, including cash handling
• Maintain safety policies and a professional environment
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor
• Supervise hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Implement corporate directives related to store activities
• Assist with merchandise receipt, returns, and damaged goods processing
• Support staffing, scheduling, and expense management
• Manage merchandising, displays, and promotional signage
• Oversee checkout operations and cash handling adherence
• Maintain store supplies and inventory levels

Minimum Requirements

• Retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
