Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on the front-end and sales floor.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets, including cash, and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintaining a professional environment and store standards.
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor recovery.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Handling receipt and return of merchandise, including damaged goods.
• Assisting with staffing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensuring store displays and signage are effective and replenished as needed.
• Supporting cash handling procedures and promotional activities.
• Creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy environment.
