Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Assisting with hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Managing store areas to company standards, including recovery and stockroom maintenance.
• Supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing coverage and sales effectiveness daily.
• Managing cashiering activities and adherence to cash handling practices.
• Maintaining promotional displays and signage.
• Handling damaged merchandise daily.
• Assisting with weekly scheduling and store supplies management.
• Maximizing impulse sales through merchandising and checkout area management.
• Refilling coolers and display racks daily.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
