Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Supporting store functions, including opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting store assets and cash, adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, employees, and supervisors.
• Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, including DSD merchandise, following company policies.
• Ensuring proper staffing, managing cashiering activities, and maintaining store displays and signage.
• Managing store supplies, expenses, and merchandising efforts to maximize sales.
• Refilling coolers and displays daily, and assisting with weekly scheduling.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
