Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and operational tasks as directed by the Store Manager
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect store assets, including cash handling and security
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a professional environment
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor
• Supervise hourly associates when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Process corporate directives and communicate store activities
• Assist with merchandise receipt, returns, and damage processing
• Support staffing, scheduling, and sales floor management
• Assist with cashiering, promotional displays, and seasonal areas
• Manage store supplies and expenses
• Ensure product replenishment and display effectiveness

Minimum Requirements

• Preferably some retail and management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment
