Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in protecting store assets, including cash handling.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure store areas are maintained to company standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly Associates.
• Process corporate directives and communications.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, including damaged goods.
• Help ensure proper staffing and sales floor effectiveness.
• Manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate signage and promotional displays.
• Assist with scheduling, supplies, and expense control.
• Maintain checkout area and store displays to maximize sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
