Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with all operational tasks delegated by the Store Manager, focusing on front-end and sales floor operations.
2. Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
3. Performing store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
4. Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Protecting company assets, including cash, and adhering to policies and safety guidelines.
6. Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
7. Managing store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
8. Assuming supervisory responsibilities for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
9. Processing corporate directives and store communications.
10. Assisting with merchandise receipt, returns, and damaged goods management.
11. Supporting staffing, sales, and cash handling practices.
12. Managing store displays, signage, and seasonal areas to maximize sales.
13. Creating weekly schedules and managing supplies and expenses.
14. Maintaining checkout area and store displays to promote impulse sales.
15. Refilling coolers and program racks daily.

Minimum Requirements:

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
