Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor.
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
• Process directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, and Key Survey information.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage and sales floor effectiveness daily.
• Manage cashiering activities and ensure cash handling guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate signage and promotional displays.
• Manage store supplies and control expenses.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining checkout area for maximum sales.
• Refill coolers and store displays daily.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
