Job summary

UniUni is seeking an Operations Assistant in Frankfort, Kentucky, with Mandarin language skills to support inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and customer service. The role involves receiving, inspecting, stocking products, coordinating shipments, and reporting daily activities.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate data and timely problem resolution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and is open to training with 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred; but no experience is okay, training will be provided.
• Moderate computer skills; assist in report data collection.
• Strong sense of responsibility; follow supervision; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
• Receive returns, count, confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
• Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact drivers and coordinate schedules.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and respond to inquiries.
• Resolve issues promptly and communicate service problems to supervisor.
• Encourage safe work practices among team members.
• Arrange daily cycle counts and monitor variances; provide weekly report updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
