What you’ll do

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products;
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork;
• Arrange for pickup of shipments, contact delivery drivers and coordinate schedules;
• Communicate effectively with other departments in the company;
• Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor;
• Encourage safe work practices in others;
• Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance;
• Weekly report updates;
• Other duties as assigned to the position.
