Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Consumer Finance team with daily operational and administrative tasks. You will own recurring tasks, update multiple platforms, and help optimize data accuracy and processes across campaigns and partner information.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating with several departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in operations, administrative support, customer service, or related role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, reports, databases, and web platforms.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn new software and terminology.
• Reliable, proactive, and consistent in responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills; identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Experience using AI and productivity tools.
• Experience with affiliate marketing or performance marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete recurring op and admin tasks for Consumer Finance team.
• Enter, update, and maintain information across systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining campaigns, partners, advertisers, and related data.
• Monitor campaigns and workflows for missing information or issues.
• Perform QA checks on data, links, pricing, and campaign details.
• Organize partner agreements, campaign details, and process docs.
• Review invoices, payments, and performance data for accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs for recurring tasks.
• Provide additional ops support as business needs evolve.
