Responsibilities
This role provides support to multiple operations groups providing administrative support, reception services as well as supplies and facilities. This is a full-time, on-site role in Natick MA, reporting directly to the Director of QC & Manufacturing. Responsibilities include:
Administrative Support to the Lab Operations Team
- Paper record scanning and filing
- Record upload into the electronic Quality Management System
- Label printing for product manufacturing
Reception
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Check in visitors & Maintain visitor log
- Answer phone, sorting and sending paper mail
- Monitor reception email account
- Travel and Social Event coordination and bookings as needed.
Supplies & Facilities
- Stock food, kitchen, and office supplies as needed
- Order replenishment supplies
- Keep supply stations organized
- Assist with escorting facilities contractors in the office space to stock items (ex first aid cabinet) or test/check equipment (ex AED or fire extinguishers) as needed.
- Maintain office & kitchen equipment (Xerox machine, water purifier). Call for support as needed and ensure supplies are available.
- Support projects or activities as required by the company.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Previous experience in an office environment.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong discretion and ability to work with confidential information
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- This position is mainly conducted in an office environment, however there may be the need to enter laboratory spaces.
