Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is hiring a full-time role supporting shipping and dock operations. The position offers a 2:00pm start, Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.

You will process and reconcile shipping documents, collect data for reports, interact with customers, and help ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments. GED with 1–3 years of related experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
• Other duties as assigned
