Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving Associate to process, produce, and reconcile shipping documents and support dock operations with accurate data tracking.

You will interact with internal and external customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive efficiency on the floor through routine checks and dock activities. A GED with 1–3 years of related experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.

• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
