Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in the United States is seeking a full-time team member to assist with shipping, receiving, and documentation, while supporting dock operations and improving data reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation benefits.

As part of a team, you will interact with customers, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and help ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
