Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time shipping/receiving support role. You will assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents while tracking service performance. A rotating schedule with OT may be required.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Process, produce and reconcile shipping/receiving documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations: inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
