Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate in California to process, reconcile, and track shipping and delivery documents while supporting data reporting and cross-functional teamwork. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and service.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This full-time position offers rotating shifts with weekend/OT availability and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
• Other duties as assigned
