Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Coachella, CA is seeking a full-time warehouse/shipping clerk to handle processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving and delivery documents while tracking service performance.

You will interact with customers and cross-functional teams, support dock operations, conduct floor walks, monitor OOS conditions, and ensure documentation accuracy. A GED with 1–3 years of related experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1–3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
